3 Steps for Remote Online Transactions

Step 1
Make an appointment

Schedule online or over the phone by selecting a convenient time, place, & the number of documents needing notarized. 




Step 2
Upload your documents

We kindly request that you submit your documents to our secure portal at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. By doing so, we can review the documents in advance, verify their completeness, and prepare for the online notary session. All documents will be deleted after your notary appointment.

Step 3
Get Notarized!

You will receive a secure link via email a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. By clicking on the link and following the instructions, you can easily upload a photo of your identification and will then be connected with our notary. After your appointment,  your documents will be instantly available for download.
